Building Services Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Building Manager to assist with the management of our luxury residential building in Maidenhead.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance and make sure the building covers H&S regulations.
- Inspect occupied and vacant properties to ensure they are in excellent condition and report any issues.
Requirements:
- Ideally ARLA qualified (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
