Portfolio Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Planning Manager to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our Portfolio Office, you will be responsible for leading the planning and scheduling of our projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement best practice planning processes and tools to ensure effective project and programme delivery.
- Identify and lead the introduction of new planning processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage dependencies across the portfolio of work to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes.
- Provide specialist planning advice and support to project and programme managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Substantial experience of leading planning for progressively larger and more complex projects and programmes.
- Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of creating integrated master schedules across multiple projects and programmes.
- Experience of identifying and managing pan-programme dependencies.
- Ability to drive best practice through excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work well as a member of a team.
- Substantial experience of using project schedule tools, preferably MS Project, as well as other MS tools.
- A project/programme management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile Project Management Practitioner.
- Experience of working in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project/programme delivery environments.
