Job Title: Attendance and Education Welfare Officer

Location: Hybrid – Birmingham, 2 days a week in our offices at Fort Dunlop

Salary: £23,400 per annum + Benefits

Contract Type: 12 Months FTC, Full time

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Attendance and Education Welfare Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of enrolments for new B2C customers, adhering to eligibility criteria and compliance with any tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Enrolment Processing: Ensure that all B2C enrolments are processed in accordance with identified procedures, including compliance with booking terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, data protection, and local tax regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Learner Recruitment team to help identify, attract, select, and engage prospective learners.
