About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Broker to join our US Property team within our Global Broking Centre. As a Senior Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review submissions and lead quote broking/follow market broking within Lloyd's and European property market
  • Present terms to clients/network and firm order broking (PPL/wet stamps/email)
  • Review draft/final MRC's for binding and send cover confirmation to client/network
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients and host client meetings
  • Travel within the network when clients require it, including the Aon Property Symposium

Requirements
  • Proven experience within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer, with established relationships
  • Technical insurance knowledge across US Property markets
  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
  • Experience of managing effective client relationships and a book of business
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
