We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Lead to join our team at Remedy Education. As a Pastoral Lead, you will play a vital role in providing pastoral support to students across a designated year group.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor student attendance, lateness, and behaviours
- Liaise with the safeguarding team and SLT to identify any safeguarding concerns
- Deliver 1-2-1 interventions for students who have struggled to engage
- Provide on-call support for teaching staff to help manage behaviours
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
- Excellent communication, de-escalation, and behaviour management skills
- Working as part of an outstanding pastoral team
- Access to excellent training and support for experienced staff
- Opportunity to make a difference to students who require additional support
- Progression opportunities across the trust
