Pastoral Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Lead to join our team at Remedy Education. As a Pastoral Lead, you will play a vital role in providing pastoral support to students across a designated year group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor student attendance, lateness, and behaviours
  • Liaise with the safeguarding team and SLT to identify any safeguarding concerns
  • Deliver 1-2-1 interventions for students who have struggled to engage
  • Provide on-call support for teaching staff to help manage behaviours
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
  • Excellent communication, de-escalation, and behaviour management skills
