Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Sales Associate to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions in Crawley. This permanent role will involve working full-time, Monday to Friday, and reporting directly to the Sales Admin Manager.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-focused individual with strong administration skills to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for ensuring the booking system remains up-to-date and accurate, handling customer orders and queries, and providing exceptional customer service at all times. Additionally, you will be required to liaise between sales and accounts teams, process client orders accurately, and assist with the production of company reports and accounts on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the booking system, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-dateness
• Understand customer needs and identify suitable machines and accessories when necessary
• Record incoming customer inquiries in the business's CRM system
• Address customer complaints professionally and politely
• Facilitate communication between sales and accounts teams for accurate customer information
• Process client orders efficiently and promptly
• Receive and process client service requests via phone and online
• Ensure database functions are completed diligently and accurately
• Foster effective communication and good working relationships with staff, clients, and manufacturing teams
Requirements:
You will need a degree-level education (desired) and previous experience in administration or similar roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as IT literacy, preferably with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, are essential. A driving license and own vehicle for commuting to the office would be advantageous.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
