Management Specialist

Our client, a well-established company based in Banbury, requires an experienced Management Specialist for a temporary assignment. The role involves working closely with the Finance Director to deliver key projects, including management accounting, forecasting models, data analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and KPI reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, able to bring complex financial information to life and add value to the business. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
This is a five-day per week, onsite position, requiring a professional contractor to join the team on an ongoing basis. If you are a skilled accountant with experience in financial operations, please apply by sending your CV. We look forward to hearing from you.
