Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely payments and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Verify accuracy of statements and accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts in accordance with terms.
  • Obtain payments within agreed credit terms and address any issues promptly.
  • Process client card payments over the phone.
  • Make payments using online banking procedures.
  • Record cash transactions and maintain an Excel cashbook.
  • Set up payment of client refunds using online banking procedures.
  • Monitor and track client payments via finance provider.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Previous reconciliations experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in the insurance/financial services industry (desirable).
