We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Operations team at Elior UK. As a key member of our Business & Industry division, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellence and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Operations Directors to ensure commercial stewardship of their business, providing financial analysis and insight to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting and forecasting processes to support business growth and profitability.
- Lead commercial analysis and challenge business decisions to maximize profit and sales growth.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide decision support to initiatives and projects, using insightful analysis and idea generation to drive business success.
- Strong analytical capabilities and successful business partnering experience.
- Operational background and knowledge of contract catering industry.
- High attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work at all levels in the organization.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulae, and lookup tables.
