About the Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Ark Workplace Risk. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will report directly to the Director of Risk and Compliance and be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with mid-to-large clients on their safety programs and make a real difference in their success. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular meetings
  • Designing and implementing effective health and safety management systems and processes
  • Providing expert guidance on risk assessment, hazard identification, and control measures
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client expectations
  • Collaborating with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in a client-facing role
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
