Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our renal team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing the specialist area of practice in partnership with other members of the speciality team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals on renal care
- Develop and implement patient-centred care plans to meet individual needs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Advanced level nurse or midwife qualification
- Specialised knowledge and skills in renal care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £46,124 - £62,406 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a non-contractual performance-related pay allowance.
