We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Wakefield. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £13.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including a £300 joining bonus (T&Cs apply), contracted hours available, travel time paid, mileage allowance, double time paid on bank holidays, paid induction, access to a professional career pathway, and a refer a friend scheme with a £300 reward (T&Cs apply).

Job Description

Your role will involve supporting clients with various tasks, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, companionship, and taking them to medical appointments. You will work a combination of shift times, 7am-2:30pm and 3:45pm-9:45pm, including alternative weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Access to your own transport with Class 1 Business insurance is essential
