Resort Safety and Compliance Officer

At Parkdean Resorts, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Safety and Security Manager to join our team and assist in managing our security operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, with experience in planning resource levels and patrolling large areas. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues from various departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Security Manager in developing and implementing security protocols and procedures
- Conducting regular patrols of the park to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
- Managing incidents and providing support to staff and guests during emergencies
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor license and have a full clean driving license. They should also have a strong understanding of security best practices and be able to provide clear guidance and training to junior staff members.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
