Job Description

As our new Head of Site Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of our Holiday Homes, buildings, and grounds to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead a team of Maintenance Assistants and Operatives, providing guidance and training to achieve their tasks safely and to a high standard.

The role involves:

  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance jobs on our company system.
  • Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.
  • Mentoring and checking work, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Planning and implementing winter and summer work programs.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
