Financial Operations Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to provide accounting support to the Norwich Diocesan Board of Finance and Education Services.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the education finance sector, and hold an AAT or equivalent accounting degree.
The salary for this position is estimated at £25,123 to £27,652 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide support to senior managers with financial decision-making.
- Maintain records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- AAT or equivalent accounting degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the education finance sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
