Senior Clinical Psychologist Leader

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead our Children & Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) in Swale.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced clinical psychologist with a passion for improving the lives of children and young people with complex mental health needs. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and developing innovative strategies to improve service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions to support children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Providing expert clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, schools, and community organizations to promote early intervention and prevention.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
