As a Colleague in one of our stores, you will play a vital role in serving our customers and delivering excellent service. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience.

As a Colleague, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the store, including sales, picking, and replenishment. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and store appearance.

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
• Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
• Work well within a team, communicating openly and effectively with colleagues
• Maintain high standards of product knowledge, ensuring customers receive accurate information
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving store performance

We offer a competitive salary, starting at £12.02 per hour (increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25). In addition, you will benefit from:
