Plant Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team at Enva Plastics SFR. This role involves the efficient operation of our industrial plant to achieve effective material separation, including the use of a forklift, loading shovel, and tractor.
Key Responsibilities- Operate industrial machinery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve material throughput and quality standards.
- Perform regular checks on machinery and report any issues promptly.
- Support maintenance activities, including clearing blockages to minimise downtime.
- Uphold safety and housekeeping standards within your work area, maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy environment.
- Adjust material flow and monitor equipment to ensure efficient plant operation.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety obligations, company policies, and report any safety concerns.
- Experience working in fast-moving, continuous, or batch processing environments with heavy industrial equipment. Experience in the waste recycling sector is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and adherence to Health & Safety policies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
