Plastic Recycling Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Plant Operator to join our team at Enva Plastics SFR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our industrial plant, ensuring effective material separation and upholding our high standards in health and safety.

• Operate industrial machinery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve material throughput and quality standards.
• Perform regular checks on machinery and report any issues promptly.
• Support maintenance activities, including clearing blockages to minimise downtime.
• Uphold safety and housekeeping standards within your work area, maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy environment.
• Adjust material flow and monitor equipment to ensure efficient plant operation.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety obligations, company policies, and report any safety concerns.

• Experience working in fast-moving, continuous, or batch processing environments with heavy industrial equipment. Experience in the waste recycling sector is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and adherence to Health & Safety policies.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
