Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Apprenticeships Trainer to join our team at Chelmsford College. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Electrical apprentices and their employers, developing strong relationships, and motivating learners to succeed.

Key Requirements
  • Experience of working with apprentices and employers in the electrical industry.
  • Strong ICT skills and ability to use coaching approaches to develop learners' skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
