We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operative with an FLT Licence to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will support our Warehouse Manager in ensuring smooth operations, leading by example, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organised warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely and efficiently, adhering to strict safety standards.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day tasks, including stock management, inventory control, and team leadership.
  • Help coordinate warehouse workflows and improve overall productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, is kept organised, and complies with safety standards, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Provide hands-on support in picking, packing, and dispatching orders when necessary, meeting tight deadlines and high standards.
Requirements
  • A valid FLT Licence and relevant experience in a senior warehouse role or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to support and motivate colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to assist the management team effectively, providing clear and concise updates and reports.
