Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Culina Group. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the warehouse team to achieve productivity and service KPIs
  • Ensure the highest levels of Health, Safety, and Hygiene are maintained in the warehouse
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
  • Monitor and control sickness absence levels and investigate grievances
  • Manage the Goods Inwards area to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control the time and attendance system
  • Manage overtime and agency workers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation

Requirements:

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Proactive approach and ability to make decisions
  • Professional, approachable, and helpful attitude
