We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Collaboration Manager to join our team at Dr. Martens. As a Brand Collaboration Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing our brand collaborations, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.

This role involves building relationships with external partners, optimizing brand collaboration strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. You will work closely with other performance marketing channels, marketing, trade, and product teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities and track performance to ensure maximum ROI.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of brand collaborations, ensuring smooth partnerships and campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize brand collaboration campaigns to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Track brand collaboration performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate ROI.
  • Work with partners to resolve any issues related to payments, tracking, or campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with brand collaborations and partnership management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and trends.
  • You are a brand advocate with a commercial mindset.
