Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  2. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  3. Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters respect, empathy, and open communication among students, parents, and staff.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment, and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching young people and helping students who have struggled with their work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
