  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's individual needs.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professional professionals to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Uphold regulatory standards and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years working with children's residential homes within the last five years.
  • At least one year supervisory or leadership experience.
  • A minimum of a Level 3 residential childcare diploma.
  • A commitment to obtain a Level 5 diploma if not already acquired.
