Job Description

As a Disrepair and Legal Building Survey Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our property management team, working closely with clients to identify and address disrepair issues in residential properties.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting surveys and diagnostics, preparing expert witness reports, and developing strategies for remediation and repair. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and diagnostics to identify areas of disrepair in residential properties.
  • Prepare expert witness reports and testify in court as required.
  • Develop strategies for remediation and repair of disrepair issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • MRICS or FRICS qualified.
  • Substantial technical surveying experience in the Property Management environment.
  • Demonstrable successful project delivery experience managing contractors and consultants.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
