In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment, and communicating effectively with parents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

What We Offer
We offer a highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our partner school as a Head Teacher, promoting educational quality and delivering a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people with special education needs. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment, and communicating effectively with parents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
