About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager to join our team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence and customer support to our allocated affiliates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Qlik Sense, Board, and Sales and Activity reporting.
  • Provide problem-solving support to end-users, ensuring they optimize the use of systems and solutions to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in their business areas.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Country Managers, Sales & Marketing operations, and market access teams, as well as external providers of BI and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet customer quality standards.
Requirements
  • University degree in Science, Business, or Computing.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Experience with CRM systems, BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc.), and ETL tools (Extract, Transform, Load) such as Synapse.
  • Knowledge of the pharma industry is an asset.
