Job Description:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst/Customer Support Manager for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel, you will be responsible for supporting allocated Affiliates with Business Intelligence and Customer Support. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Business Intelligence and Customer Support to allocated Affiliates
  • Supporting the end user in optimizing the use of systems/solutions to enable effectiveness and efficiency in their business area
  • Applying due diligence in follow-up of implemented solutions to ensure they meet customer quality standards
Requirements:
  • University degree in Science, Business, or Computing
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including Country Managers, Sales & Marketing operations, and market access at all levels
  • Proven ability to work both within a team and independently
  • Ideal experience in CRM systems, BI tools, and ETL tools
