Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Dairy Farm Labourer on our organic dairy farm near Bawtry. As a key member of our herd management team, you will be responsible for the daily care and management of our 550-head dairy herd.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Operating and maintaining tractors and other farm equipment
  • Carrying out routine fencing and maintenance tasks
  • Providing exceptional care to our youngstock
  • Assisting with milking duties on occasion


In return, we offer a competitive salary with bonus schemes and regular time off. The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
