PCB Test and Repair Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Fault-Finding Specialist to join our team at GE Aviation. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault-finding of electronics modules and LRU’s & LLRU’s to component level
- Support for Test process, including Functional & ICT test for PCBs and ATP and ESS tests for LRUs
- Accurate logging of failure data in FRACAS database
- Setup of equipment to support test and fault-finding
- Compliance with relevant processes and procedures
Requirements:
- HNC Electronics Engineering, City & Guilds Electronics servicing or equivalent
- Ability to fault-find to component level
- PC literacy
- Flexible working, including shift work
- Understanding of high voltage, desire to learn new skills
- Excellent influencing and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Security Clearance: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
