About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at DFS. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience in-store.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, including our range of sofas, fabrics, and leathers, to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store team.
  • Utilize your natural enthusiasm and passion to bring our products to life, demonstrating great customer service and ensuring that customers' homes look incredible for years to come.
