Retail Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at DFS. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of home furnishings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience in-store.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including sofas, chairs, and other home furnishings, to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store team.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to ensure that customers receive the best possible advice and service.
