About the Role

We are seeing skilled individuals who have experience working with children and adolescents, with a passion for providing direct care and support in a residential setting.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reception Centre team at Kent County Council, working with newly arrived unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in Kent.

As a Reception Centre Worker, you will be responsible for managing routines, setting goals for young people, and facilitating a learning culture in the centre.

This is a customer-facing position, and we require the ability to communicate effectively with children and adults alike.
