About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Night Team Member to join our team at Wotton House Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run night audit using property management system (PMS) software
  • Process payments, including room charges, debit and credit cards, and cash
  • Answer guest queries and provide services as required
  • Check in and check out guests
  • Monitor hotel and report any accidents or incidents to the manager
Requirements
  • Familiarity with using hospitality software packages, including Opera
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
