Job Title: Spa Beauty Therapist

Location: Mansfield

Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour

Hours: 16 hours

Bannatyne Group, a leading health and wellness provider, is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
  • Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the proper use of spa equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to further develop your skills by completing a L3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments is desirable.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role is beneficial.
