In this role, you will gain responsibility for understanding cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement, and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business. You'll learn how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors, and colleagues. This includes proper sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 per annum, depending on location, and provides excellent opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.
