Urban Planning Expert

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Town Planner with RTPI accreditation to join their team based in Tunbridge Wells. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning policies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Job Description:The successful candidate will provide expert advice on all aspects of planning, including compliance with local and national policies, practical construction techniques, and considerations of economic and environmental impacts. This role involves close collaboration with the design team, clients, and external organizations or consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on planning policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver high-quality projects
- Work closely with clients and external organizations or consultants
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant experience
- Previous relevant consultancy experience
- MRTPI qualified
- UK driving licence
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a flexible benefits programme and contributory pension scheme.
