Care and Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team of Care and Support Workers. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our service users.

Position: Care and Support Worker

Location: Morpeth and surrounding areas

Hours: Part-time and Full-time positions available

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Contract: Permanent

About the role:

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, including assistance with medication, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users
  • Assist with medication administration and personal care
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need to be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.
