Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care that respects individuals' dignity and promotes their independence.
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
  • Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting information as required.
Requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early starts, late evenings, and weekends.
