Teaching Opportunity for Early Career Teachers

We are excited to offer a teaching opportunity for Early Career Teachers who are passionate about teaching students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role provides a chance to develop your skills and experience in a special needs school setting, working closely with a supportive team of educators.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing lessons to students with SEND. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEND.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a recognised UK teaching qualification and a passion for teaching students with SEND. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
