Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global talent and leadership development strategy aligned with Weir's business objectives.
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to identify critical talent needs and implement effective talent strategies.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs tailored to various levels of leadership within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain talent frameworks, tools, and resources to support talent management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure active succession plans are in place for key roles.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of talent and leadership development programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
  • Strategic thought leader in talent development, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • Previous experience in a Centre of Expertise for a global business.
