About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Operations Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding water and wastewater services, including billing, payments, and service inquiries.
  • Assist customers with resolving issues and concerns, using advanced Salesforce and Amazon Web Services technology to accurately log interactions and understand customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service delivery.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary starting from £25,659, with potential for increases to £26,659 after 6 months and £27,659 after 18 months.
  • 24 days of holiday per year, increasing to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Contributory pension scheme, with maximum employer contribution of 12%.

  • Personal Medical Assessments available to all employees once a year.
