Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the store team in the absence of the Store Manager. As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will set an exemplary standard for your colleagues and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the store independently when the Store Manager is absent
  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve their full potential using our Leadership & Company Principles
  • Ensure timely delivery management, till area efficiency, and monitor KPIs diligently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any queries with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety standards and guidelines
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively support colleagues and customers
  • Able to manage time efficiently, delegate tasks, and solve problems adeptly
  • Confidence in supporting the team through every shift
  • Dedication to delivering unmatched customer service to all shoppers
  • Able to analyze, manage, and improve key performance indicators
