About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Designer to join our team in the Scunthorpe Showroom. Main Responsibilities:- Inspire Customers: Showcase the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs, guiding customers throughout the entire process from initial inquiry to their first design.
- Customer Guidance: Effectively manage customer expectations, ensuring their dream kitchen or bedroom is transformed into reality.
- Site Surveys: Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos, and explaining the process to the customer during the visit.
- Schedule Management: Allocate sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design, maintaining consistent communication to foster strong relationships.
- Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to Health and Safety, and responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
- World-Class Training: Receive comprehensive training on our products, systems, and sales process, including one week of residential training at our Academy in Barton-upon-Humber.
