We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Performance to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business globally, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
About the Company:
Our client, a well-established investment management business, is looking for a skilled individual to lead their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. As Deputy Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for managing the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes, working closely with the business to drive performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the liquidity and cashflow process across the group, identifying risks and driving efficiencies
• Develop and implement a strong commercial understanding of business requirements to inform decision-making
• Lead the development and implementation of cost and revenue modelling processes to support business growth
• Identify trends and data to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive change and transformation activity
Requirements:
• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualified experience within finance
• Proven track record of driving financial planning and analysis in a complex organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders outside of finance
• Experience of leading change and transformation initiatives
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum + benefits
