Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Test and Inspection electricians on various projects across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical installations in accordance with industry standards and company policies
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with project quality plans and inspection and test plans
  • Coach and mentor electricians, electrical improvers/mates, and apprentices
  • Promote and demonstrate company values and a positive health and wellbeing culture
  • Act as an ambassador for Bridges Electrical Engineers, supporting business goals and maintaining a positive company reputation

Requirements

  • ECS Gold Card
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Test & Inspect qualified
  • Appropriate City & Guilds trade qualification
  • Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the water/waste water industry
  • Experience supervising a small team on simple installations
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and company procedures
  • Willingness to learn and undertake occupational training
  • Full UK driving license
