Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations and ensuring that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in supervising electrical installations and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality work. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring electricians, electrical improvers/mates, and apprentices, and promoting positive health and wellbeing amongst your peers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical installations and ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
  • Coach and mentor electricians, electrical improvers/mates, and apprentices.
  • Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst your peers.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • ECS gold card.
  • SSSTS / SMSTS.
  • Experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
  • Experience within water / heavy industrial / construction industry.
  • Industrial and/or panel wiring experience.
  • Appropriate City & Guilds trade Qualification.
  • CCNSG (or similar).
  • Full UK driving license.

Desirable:

  • EUSR water hygiene.
  • Thames water passport.
  • Test and Inspect.
  • Emergency first aid or First Aider.
  • PASMA / IPAF / Confined space.
  • COMPEX.
