We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join our close-knit, friendly IT team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training programs, improving employee technical skills, and supporting the IT Director with various tasks to ensure a smooth IT process for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify IT training needs for all users across all offices and develop effective training solutions.
- Design and maintain all training materials, user guides, and training videos for required IT training.
- Maintain and deliver the IT Induction program for new starters.
- Design and deliver a range of structured and ad-hoc training opportunities and provide advice and guidance to users at all levels across the business.
- Contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the business.
- Work with each department to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the use/adoption of technology.
Requirements:
- Knowledge/understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
