Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing site and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee all plant operations, including personnel, logistics, production, maintenance, and commercial activities.
  • Establish Plant Performance: Set overall plant performance objectives, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with production volumes.
  • Monitor KPIs: Set and monitor site KPIs, and take corrective action in case of deviations.
  • Quality and Service: Monitor site performance on quality and service, and ensure compliance with quality, food defense, environment, health, and safety management systems.
  • Financial Management: Develop and control profits, plans, budgets, and secure CAPEX.
  • Maintenance: Ensure adequate preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and facilities.

Team Management:

  • Performance Management: Perform PMS for all direct reports.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs of the team and develop programs to enhance performance.
  • Team Development: Develop and encourage the team to perform at the highest standards.

Customer Relations:

  • Customer Communication: Participate in frequent meetings with the customer and liaise on day-to-day requirements.
  • Quotations and Information: Provide quotations and information when required.
  • Customer Complaints: Investigate causes of customer complaints and implement containment measures, corrections, and corrective actions.
